Tommy Pfeiffer received his license to practice land surveying in the state of Texas in 1978. He built the company from scratch, applied what was necessary to take care of the present and plan for the future, and operated a successful and profitable company for 33 years.
During those years, Tommy served as the Kendall County Surveyor, and now serves as the Kendall County Commissioner. He has made great strides in surveying our area and we are not only proud, but grateful to have his knowledge and experience within our business.
Wes Rexrode

Wes Rexrode is a Texas licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor with 17 years of experience in land surveying in the Hill Country and throughout the State of Texas. With a solid foundation in boundary, ALTA, as-built, topographic and construction surveying, Wes directs all operations in the office and all field projects from the initial survey order to completion. Wes was also appointed Kendall County Surveyor on April 1, 2014.
As the office manager and owner, Wes performs client contract administration, prepares cost estimates, oversees quality control and serves as point of contact for all clients. Wes leads a skilled group of CADD staff and field crews in the preparation of all survey deliverables from boundary surveys to construction staking exhibits to metes and bounds descriptions.
Chris Pankratz
Project Manager
Chris has over 10 years of experience in various forms of surveying. He is a certified survey technician and looks over the crews daily operations. He is skilled in computer aided drafting and GPS processing.
